Matthew Gould has over 29 years of practical business experience, leading sales teams and managing partnerships in the telecommunications industry. After earning a professional designation as a certified coach in 2010, Matthew established More Co with the purpose of helping leaders and teams generate both extraordinary results and exceptional relationships. Matthew is also a trained mediator and a negotiation advisor.
In his role at More Co, Matthew advises and coaches executive leadership teams and also trains and develops individual leaders. He also offers pre-mediation, informal mediation, and formal mediation services.
Matthew attended the Co-Active Leadership Program in 2017.

Matthew's Story
Matthew volunteered the story of how he overcame financial barriers to join the Co-Active Leadership Program and went on to earn all of his investment back and more.
“I am one of the cheapest leaders on the planet. It took me 7 years to sign up for the Co-Active Leadership Program, and money was one of the reasons for waiting — although not the only reason. In the end, I don’t regret waiting; attending the Leadership Program often shows up at the perfect time, and it did for me.
I want to share my lessons about the financial barriers with others because financial barriers can be overcome and should not prevent anyone from signing up to this life-enriching experience.”
Matthew explains there were many ways he saw returns from the program that, when combined, gave him a return of at least 12 times the program cost.
“It does cost money, and in my experience you can earn all of your money back and more. I have personally seen 12 times return at a minimum from the program — and that is only putting a dollar for dollar price on it.”

A Network of Priceless Relationships
“Many of the people you meet in your cohort over the 10 months will become part of your network. The depth of these relationships is priceless. For me, I can’t put a dollar figure on the relationships that were created, some of which are still maintained and even deeper 5 years later. If I was to put a price on it, it would be way higher than the cost to enroll, fly, and take time away from work to attend the program.”
Doors That Opened
“The doors that have opened have been doors that would not have opened otherwise. On the other side of those doors have been experiences that are priceless as well. I can name a few experiences that are worth way more than the cost of the program.”
The In-Between Project
“The in-between project is part of the program that everyone participates in with partners from their cohort. My partner and I co-created an in-between project that alone earned us revenue that far exceeded the cost to enroll, travel, and take time off work.”
