Co-Active Scholarship Program
Co-Active learning grows the capacity of every individual to make real change for themselves, others, and their world. Our scholarship program provides opportunities for individuals to benefit from this learning and make a difference in the lives and communities they touch.
CTI offers fully and part-funded scholarship places to individuals in need of financial support. We believe that Co-Active learning prepares individuals to step into responsible and relationship-led leadership. People who are Co-Actively trained go on to make a positive contribution in the world. Our scholarship program was co-created with our community to make our learning more accessible to those who face barriers, because more Co-Active coaches and leaders can only be a good thing.
2,500 hours of pro bono coaching
Our coach training scholarship participants are encouraged to offer pro bono coaching to members of their communities.
$600,000 in scholarships
Our scholarship program is important to us as we work towards greater accessibility and equity. We awarded over $600,000 in scholarships in 2023.

Our team of volunteers work hard to review applications and award scholarships based on level of need and potential for positive impact.
Who Is Eligible?
The scholarship program is open to all and is intended to provide access to our learning to those who would otherwise find it difficult to fund or those who are committed to driving positive change in their communities. As a result, applications are invited from people who face financial barriers and/or who can demonstrate an active commitment to furthering social good. We are particularly interested in providing opportunities to those from underrepresented backgrounds.
