Pricing

• Price includes: All tuition, meals, residential fees, program materials and inter-session conference lines
• Price does not include: Any hotel expense that may be incurred before retreat commencement or after retreat completion. You are also responsible for arranging your own transportation to and from the retreat center for each of the four retreats.
• Prices are listed and transacted in USD.

Payment Methods

We accept payment in the following ways:

• VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit card.
• USD Credit Card Transactions are directly processed via CTI. Exchange rate is determined by your financial institution on date of transaction. CTI is not responsible for any currency fluctuations or transaction fees charged by your financial institution. 
• To pay with credit card in your currency, you can use our Flywire Partner.

Optional Installment Plan:

• If you choose not to pay for the program in full, we offer one installment plan.
• Our Leadership Program installment plan consists of 10 payments of $1955, the first of which starts at registration (along with the non-refundable $250 registration fee) and continues every 30 days until paid in full.

Release of Liability

CTI reserves the right to refuse a student participation in courses and/or programs. In addition, upon the recommendation of both CTI Course Leaders, CTI reserves the right to remove from a retreat a student who is negatively impacting other students and /or the learning environment. The student understands that CTI’s Leadership Program requires participation in activities that require physical exertion and challenges. The student agrees to advise CTI in advance of any physical considerations or medical conditions he or she may have and agrees to release CTI from any liability arising out of such activities.

Transfer Policy

Transfers BEFORE the program has begun:

• Transfers are allowed more than 30 days prior to the start of the program and participants are subject to a $175 transfer fee. Transfers less than 30 days prior to the start of the program are subject to a transfer fee of 50% of Retreat 1 cost.

Transfers AFTER the program has begun:

• Transfers after the program has begun will not be allowed. As this program is a cohort based program, it is too disruptive to the learning environment to transfer into another program.
• Participants will be cancelled if they cannot attend the full program and invited to return to a new program in the future. The participant will need to attend all retreats, including retreats they took with another program, but they will be offered 50% off the retreats that were previously attended

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations PRIOR to Retreat 1: If you choose to cancel your enrollment in a Leadership program, you will be charged a processing fee according to the schedule below:

• More than 30 days prior to start of Retreat 1: Cancellation fee is $250 non-refundable fee
• Less than 30 days prior to start of Retreat 1: Cancellation fee is 50% of Retreat 1 cost

Cancellations AFTER the program has begun: If you withdraw from the leadership program after the program has already begun, the following fees will be charged, based on the time completed in the program.

• After the 1st retreat: you will be charged for the balance containing the first retreat
• After the 2nd retreat: you will be charged for the balance containing the second retreat
• After the 3rd retreat: you will be charged for the balance containing the third retreat
