Elea Faucheron on Burnout

Burnout is a complex and prevalent issue that we often encounter in today's fast-paced life. Recognizing the warning signs of someone approaching burnout and finding ways to cope with it are crucial aspects of dealing with this challenge.

We spoke with Eléa Faucheron, a CTI Alumni and a business growth coach, to delve into the identification and management of this significant lifestyle concern and how coaching can help clients with signs of, or experiencing burnout.

Eléa believes  we are continuously pushing the boundaries of our mental, emotional, and physical well-being due to the relentless demands of heavy workloads and overwhelming stress.

Having personally experienced burnout, she is now a published author. Her book, titled "Move Think Smile – from BurnOut to BadAss," offers insights into the process of recovering from burnout and emerging stronger from the experience.
