Your path depends on your goals:

• Explore the approach: Start with Co-Active Foundations ($490)
• Develop professional skills: Add Ignite the Practice for your CAP designation ($3,490)
• Pursue certification: Continue to Deepen the Work for your CPCC ($8,490)
• Track to ICF ACC Credentials: Choose our package option which includes Ignite the Practice and the Supervision Package to earn your CAP and ACC training hours. ($5,280 total)

Yes, our modular pathway builds progressively. Start with Co-Active Foundations, then move to Ignite the Practice (CAP), and finally Deepen the Work (CPCC). Each level prepares you for the next, ensuring solid skill development. If you already have your ACC credential, you can take Foundations and jump directly to Deepen the Work.

Our pathway offers stackable credentials at each level:

• Co-Active Practitioner Designation (CAP): After completing Foundations + Ignite the Practice
• Co-Active Professional Coach Certification (CPCC): After completing the full pathway, including Deepen the Work
• ICF Credentials: Our programs align with ACC and PCC requirements, and you will be eligible to submit for your ICF credential after completing the required coaching hours.

• Foundations: 1 day (8 hours)
• Ignite the Practice (CAP): 5 days total (3+2 day structure) plus asynchronous learning
• Deepen the Work (CPCC): 5 months with five 2-day sessions and weekly practice pods
• Full pathway: Approximately 6-8 months for complete certification

International Coaching Federation (ICF) hours count toward globally recognized credentials:

• Ignite the Practice: 35 synchronous + 17 asynchronous = 52 ACC-level hours
• Deepen the Work: 96.5 synchronous, which includes 10.5 hours of mentor coaching + 11 additional asynchronous coaching hours for PCC-level preparation
• Supervision package: Available to complete your ICF ACC requirements after Ignite the Practice.

Practice Pods are weekly 2-hour sessions where you practice coaching in intimate groups of 9-10 participants. You’ll rotate through three perspectives, coach, client, and observer, gaining consistent peer support throughout your credentialing journey in the Deepen the Work program.

You’ll learn through practice, not lectures. Every concept comes alive through real coaching conversations, immediate feedback, and authentic connection. No slide decks or passive learning, just transformative experiences that build your capacity in real-time.

Both formats deliver the same transformative curriculum:

• Online: Greater accessibility, convenience from anywhere, intimate virtual connection
• In-person: Full immersion, in-the-room energy, face-to-face practice.

Choose based on your learning preference and circumstances but the quality remains exceptional in both formats.

Live participation creates the transformative experience. While sessions aren’t recorded, you’ll have access to comprehensive learning resources and community support throughout your journey.

Every course features two highly trained and expert faculty members working in co-leadership. This unique model provides multiple perspectives, real-time demonstration of Co-Active principles, and the richest possible learning experience. Faculty undergo rigorous selection and continuous development.

Yes, you can adjust your learning format between courses. Many participants mix modalities based on their schedule and preferences. Contact us to arrange changes.

We understand that life happens. However, because our programs run in cohorts with a structured and interdependent learning environment, flexibility is limited.

• Make-up options may be available in certain circumstances, but are not guaranteed.
• Transfers to another cohort are considered only when absolutely necessary and may be subject to fees and availability.
• Learning resources will be provided to help you stay current, but they are not a substitute for live participation.

All programs include a non-refundable registration fee. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel:

• Foundations and Ignite, cancellations must be made more than 48 hours before the start date
• Deepen and the ACC Supervision, cancellations must be made more than 21 days in advance.

Within the stated windows (48 hours or 21 days), or once a program has begun, no refunds are available. Transfer requests may be allowed with applicable fees and limited flexibility once the course has started.
