CO-ACTIVE® TRAINING INSTITUTE

Let's create a new language of leadership, together!

For the last 30 years the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) has been offering the gold-standard in coach training and leadership development for individuals and organizations. Now we are creating a new language of leadership. Let's do this together.

Professional Coach Training for Organizations

Create trained coaches or coaching teams

Creating a strong coaching culture in an organization is a way to achieve growth at an individual and business level. It’s achieved by allowing talent, individuality, and creativity to flourish in a way that’s encouraged by coaching leaders and facilitated by a skilled coaching team.

The most effective organizational coaches — whether they’re leaders or training and development professionals — are formally trained coaches. As the world’s most established coach training organization, we are known to provide the “gold standard” in professional coach training, and we’ll help you build your coaching culture with our business-oriented coach training programs.

I was skeptical at first whether coaching would have any impact on me. When I look back, I know the only reason I'm here today is because of my coach and the learning and new perspectives I was able to generate through coaching. Three years later, I've been promoted into a senior role and I am happy and engaged. Coaching works!

Standard Internal Co-Active Coach Program

This program will create formally trained, professional coaches in your organization, who are eligible to apply for their Associate Certified Coach designation through the International Coaching Federation. It provides a thorough education for people in organizations who want to become Co-Active coaches and apply their sharpened skills to the workplace, as coaching managers, trainers, business partners, and empowering leaders. Learners will experience all 5 of our coach training modules: Fundamentals, Fulfillment, Balance, Process, and Synergy.

It's suitable for anyone who wants to become a trained internal Co-Active coach, including managers and learning and development (L&D) professionals. This program is particularly relevant for organizations that want to create a coaching leadership culture or an in-house coaching team.

Coaches who complete this program are eligible to enroll in our coach certification program, which leads to their Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation. Our CPCC graduates are coaching experts who meet the most rigorous standards of coach professionalism in the world. For organizations, this means having internal coaches with industry-recognized credentials, while offering a unique continuing professional development pathway to your leaders and trainers.

Accelerated Internal Co-Active Coach Program

This program is designed for organizations that want to develop professionally trained coaches in a shorter timescale. Learners will experience an accelerated 3-module version of our coach training, including our Fundamentals, Fulfillment, and Balance courses. They’ll receive a robust education, including opportunities for practice and feedback, which will equip them with all the skills and experience they need to become effective internal coaches.

This program also qualifies people to apply for the Associate Certified Coach designation with the International Coaching Federation, but it doesn’t qualify them to enroll in our coach certification program.

It’s suitable for anyone who wants to become a trained internal Co-Active coach and has no ambition to become a certified Co-Active coach.
