The Co-Active Leadership Program is an immersive 10-month program that goes beyond any traditional leadership training to deliver something entirely unique — a lifetime of transformation.

Delivered in a series of residential retreats, connected virtually in-between with weekly calls, assignments, and required reading, this program challenges leaders to re-evaluate: to alter their long-held assumptions about themselves and their leadership; to redefine their mission and purpose; and to find a new and better way forward for their organizations.
