Co-Active Student Portal FAQ

Student Portal

The award-winning technology of our new Student Portal provides an enhanced customer experience with greater security. Our students will have access to robust self-service options to guide them through their CTI learning journey. With a Single Sign-On, they have secure access to directions, materials and the link to your online class. 

‘My Account’ has been replaced with the new Student Portal and all your details will be ported over. The new Student Portal has enhanced features and functionality than the prior ‘My Account’. To gain access to your new Student Portal, select the Forgot Password option.

Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication method that enables users to securely authenticate with multiple applications and websites by using just one set of credentials. Once logged into the Student Portal, our students will have secure access to everything they need for their classes and learning journey with CTI. This means that you will have the same password when accessing the Student Portal and the Co-Active Learning Site (Formerly Learning Hub and Certification Platform).
 

Yes – you can access the Student Portal by clicking on the menu in the upper right-hand corner on www.coactive.com. 

Unfortunately, we cannot have you login with your existing password.  As part of the transition you will need to login using the email address on file and use the Forgot Password feature to finalize the porting over of your information into the new Student Portal.

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Visit coactive.com
  2. On the upper right side, select Student Portal from the drop-down
  3. Select ‘Forgot Password?’
  4. Enter your email address
  5. Check inbox for reset email (also ensure to look in your spam folder)
  6. Click the link in the email
  7. Enter a new password
  8. Enter the same password in the Confirm Password
  9. Click Submit
  10. Verify that you are now logged in to the Student Home view

  1. Visit coactive.com

  4. Enter an email address 
  5. Enter a new password 
  6. Enter the same password in the Confirm Password 
  7. Press Register 
  8. Enter Contact information 
  9. Select your communication preferences 
  10. Press Submit  

If you cannot login, please click on ‘Forgotten Username’ or ‘Forgotten Password’ and enter your details. Within the next 5 minutes, you will receive an email to your preferred inbox with instructions on how to reset your access.  If you need any further support, feel free to contact us at service@coactive.com

Students can apply to assist by completing the application form. Click this link to the Application form on the Co-Active.com website. Once approved, you will receive an email from Customer Experience with next steps.

Zoom Rooms

Answering common questions about accessing your course Zoom rooms.

As of February 8th, we will no longer be sending Zoom links via email for security reasons. You will receive reminder emails that will point you to your Student Portal to access your Zoom link. 

48 hours prior to a course, the Zoom link will be available in the Student Portal by clicking into ‘My Enrollments’. If you do not see your course Zoom link, and your course begins in less than 48 hours, then please contact us at service@coactive.com. 

 

Course Rosters

As part of CTI’s increased security measures to protect personal data, we have removed rosters. This provides a safe environment where our customers are at choice with whom to share their information. We encourage you to exchange contact information throughout the course with those you would like to practice with outside of the course. Additionally, we are working on building a way for you to engage with your classmates via the Learning Hub. More to come on this. 

Certification

Once you complete the Process course, you will be eligible to apply (and register) for the Certification program. At which time, you will receive an invitation with a link to apply and register.  If you need support in applying, please contact us at service@coactive.com. 

Payments and Billing 

All courses are listed in USD, with the option to pay in your local currency via our international payment partner, Flywire, using the best exchange rate at the time of purchase. If you are choosing to register for a bundle, we are still offering two payment options: pay in full at the time of registration or the option to pay for your course in installments. You can select which option you prefer in your registration checkout.

If you are choosing the payment installment option, you will secure your place with a deposit at time of registration and the remaining balance of the program will be split into 4 or 5 equal monthly installments depending on the course bundle you select. 

Payment Installments are available for bundled registrations. Individual course registrations are required to be paid in full at time of registration. 

UK Price Changes 

As a global organization with students from across the world, we are now moving to a worldwide pricing structure while offering our students the ability to pay in their preferred currency. 

All courses will be listed in USD only, with the option to pay in your local currency via our international payment partner, Flywire, using the best exchange rate at the time of purchase. 

There will be no changes to active UK instalment plans, so you will continue to be charged in GBP.
