Welcome to a New Era of Transformation | Co-Active Training

We’ve been busy working on something super exciting here at CTI. We’re proud to say we’ve been working on our digital transformation, built with you in mind!  What does this mean?  
 
Well, we’ve redesigned our website, implemented a new student management system, and updated our learning platform. And so, we’d love to share some of the highlights with you: 

A website that serves you better 

Our redesigned website improves the experience of our entire community. Whether you are one of our students, a member of faculty or staff, or one of our global partners, our website is here to serve. Our new accessibility menu from UserWay, also supports anyone with sight impairments, dyslexia, ADHD, and other disabilities. And the new global navigation menu makes it easier to find information about courses, programs and our philosophy, and our prices.

We’ve made significant improvements to your buying experience. Our new Price and Purchasing page provides you with a much clearer picture of our products and bundles while also making it possible for you to register  for intermediate courses independently. This means our customers can now design their Co-Active training schedule with more ease at any time, with fewer clicks.   

Welcome to a new era for student management 

Perhaps one of the most significant transformations we’ve experienced as part of this launch is the addition of our new student management system. The Modern Campus Destiny One student management platform allows us to serve a new generation of learners. This system has up-levelled our students’ experience by making it possible for them to easily manage their learning schedule — while also allowing CTI to streamline workflows and improve efficiency for all our back-office needs. 

Introducing Co-Active Learning (CAL) 

If all that wasn’t enough, we also updated and rebranded our learning platform (Moodle), relaunched under a new official name: Co-Active Learning (CAL). The hosted environment provides efficiency and also more security and maintenance.   

Introducing new Co-Active Learning communities  

Not only did we launch the new CAL, but we’ve also created new communities. Our faculty development, operations, and customer experience teams worked together to create new communities for: 

• Faculty 
• Technical hosts 
• Leaders in training 

• Corporate front-of-the-room leaders 
• Coach Training front-of-the-room leaders 
• Co-Active Leadership Experience front-of-the-room leaders  

And we have upgraded the existing Assistants community. With these new communities, now everyone has direct access to the resources they need to do their work. 

Making it easier to access portals

With SSO (single sign-on), faculty and customers will no longer need to remember multiple passwords for different systems. Everyone can now link directly to their learning resources in CAL from their respective portals. 

Our systems are integrated

Perhaps one of the most powerful aspects of this digital transformation is that Modern Campus and Co-Active Learning (CAL) are now integrated. For the first time, we are synching enrollments between the Modern Campus Destiny One platform and Co-Active Learning (CAL) through a newly installed plug-in. This is just the first step leading to real-time enrollment synchronization between Destiny One and CAL, coming in Q2 2023.
