Liberating Co-Active Through Pathways to Partnerships

At the beginning of the year, CTI declared the context of growth for 2022 and coupled this with an intention to liberate Co-Active through sustainable, purpose-led, and highly integral strategic choices in the interest of transforming the way the world relates.
One such choice has been the reimagining of pathways to Partnerships. But what does it mean to be a CTI Partner?
Well, Partners play a vital role at CTI in ensuring that Co-Activity can be accessed anywhere it is wanted, in any part of the world. Partners operate locally across geographies to ensure the work of Co-Active lands in context and honors cultural nuance. Partners also provide the critical voice of feedback from customers, to guide the future of Co-Active design and product innovation, and ensure the needs of individuals and modern-day organizations alike are met.
Beyond our three direct markets of North America, the UK, and Singapore, we currently have 9 fantastic regional partners, serving 21 countries: Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, China, Dubai (UAE), France, Germany, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Luxemburg, Mexico, Netherlands, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey.
In recognizing just how important Partners are to CTI's strategy, October 2022 saw the birth of the inaugural Annual Regional Partner Summit in Paris, France (the most recent location to establish a Regional Partner) during which we lived into the Partnership Stake: consciously created relationships build Partnerships that thrive!
In summarizing the Summit outcomes, together Regional Partners and CTI embraced the spirit of reciprocity and community, nurturing our relationships by defining and taking collective ownership over new Partnership possibilities. The renewed fire has been lit and Regional Partners have declared their desire to help CTI test and learn by scoping and implementing experiments which will ensure Co-Active be perpetually liberated.
Our intention for 2023 and beyond is to bring clarity and courage to our Partnership possibilities. We will achieve this by ensuring that the foundation blocks for sustained growth are in place, and that relationships are consciously created.
